but they'd have to have a very good reason to pull you over and make you blow in a breathalizer. Just not gonna pick ya outta the crowd and make ya do that.
However, u shouldn't be driving after taking Nyquil anyway, that's dangerous.
Did ya know that if ur under 21 and get pulled over and blow a .01 and even if u weren't drinkin ya still lose ur license...for example...if u used mouth wash then go somewhere and get pulled over u would fail a breathalizer and lose ur license...same with nyquil...

well i used that as an example...cough syrup does the same..and cops will pull you over for about anything they can find..and if its dark they more than likely are gonna give ya a breathalizer...that's just cops for ya...
They give u two, they give you one then make you wait a while and give u another
let me tell ya this..
a simple swerve will make em pull ya over..and that's apparently enough for em to give ya the breathilizer too..course i blew a .00 tho...
"i asked a toothless man, who all these people were and, he said the soapmakers...and we are workin workin"
ive had one b4...but they only made me do it once..
they came to my cuz's house..and it was jsut me and him there and someone had called the cops on us..and told them that we were drinking..so he came and gave me a breathalizer...I hate cops...haha
With the new laws. One drink of any kind of alcohol, will most likely make you driving under the influence.
As far as medications, some stay on your breath much longer than others, and some stay in your system longer.
But can still end up with you being under the influence of alcohol. That becomes a judgement call most of the time.
The reason i think for the lower numbers on the under 21, is based on age to legally drink and purchase alcohol.
well they've had that zero tolerance law for a LONG time...so any alcohol would make ya fail it...
Mouthwash or cough syrup won't show up on a breathalizer unless you just used it within the past few minutes. So, really unless you had the stuff in the car with you and took it a few minutes before you were pulled over, then it wouldn't show up.
